System Composition

PFS-PU-ARP-01 – PU Primer

  • Two-component PU primer

  • Deep penetration into concrete

  • Eliminates dust & improves adhesion

  • Consumption: ~200 g/m²

PFS-PU-GLR-2K – PU Adhesive

  • High-strength PU adhesive

  • Used to bond rubber rolls or SBR mats

  • Solvent-free, strong grip

Elastic Base Layer (Choose Any)

Option A: Prefabricated Rubber Roll – PFS-RR-02

  • Thickness: 4mm to 12mm

  • Shock absorbent

  • Sound absorbent

  • Uniform density (800 kg/m³)

Option B: SBR Rubber Granules Layer

  • Wet pour SBR granules (1–4mm)

  • Mixed with PU binder

  • Creates elastic cushioning layer

PFS-PU-PF-03 – Pore Filler

  • Solvent-free

  • Fills pores of rubber base

  • Creates a sealed and smooth surface

PFS-PU-SL-04 – Self Leveling PU Buffer Layer

  • Two-component, elastic polyurethane

  • Self-levels to create uniform thickness

  • Excellent mechanical strength

  • Eliminates surface imperfections

PFS-PU-TCM-05 – Sport Top Coat (Matt Finish)

  • High-quality, UV-resistant matt top layer

  • Available in any RAL color

  • High abrasion resistance (30mg Taber test)

  • Slip-resistant sport finish
